We are always happy to receive feedback and enquiries from the public on the way in which Northumbria Police operates, or on any aspect of our force website.

This facility is not monitored 24/7 and should NOT be used to report emergencies and incidents or to pass on information to police. In an emergency, always telephone 999.

To report an incident or give information to police, you can use the dedicated online non-emergency incident reporting form.

For general information and advice, or to report non-emergency crimes or incidents, you can also call 101.

If you have recently had experience of dealing with Northumbria Police and you wish to comment on the service we provided, there is also a specific feedback form for quality of service issues.


If you just want to offer general comments or make enquiries on Northumbria Police, please note:
