My question is a very simple one, about the geographical limits in EW and NS terms, of your Police area as it applies to road accidents. what I need is essentially this, in relation to the Ordnance Survey grid reference system which your officers use in their Stats19 and other reports:
The lowest Easting number, at the Eastern limit of your boundary
The highest Easting number, at the Western limit
The lowest Northing number, at the Southern limit
The highest Northing number, at the Nothern limit
We have now had the opportunity to fully consider your request and I provide a response for your attention.
Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Crime Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you as follows.
Northern limit of force Grid Reference = 397973, 657510
Southern limit of force Grid Reference = 386031, 543097
Eastern limit of force Grid Reference = 441984, 552317
