Car damaged in Cramlington

Police are appealing for witnesses after a brick was thrown at a parked car in Cramlington.

It happened at approximately 7.30pm on Saturday, December 31, to a car parked on a drive in Clintburn Court. Offenders threw a broken paving slab at the rear offside passenger window causing damage to the bodywork and bumper. They then made off through a cut towards Eastfield Lead Playing Field.

The offenders are described as both 5 ft 6" tall, white males, one slim build wearing a black tracksuit with the hood up. The second was medium build wearing a dark coloured Adidas tracksuit.

Police are appealing for witnesses, anyone who was in the area and who may have seen or heard anything suspicious, is asked to contact police.
